Frank is friendly, personable, and I get good vibes from him. The price is reasonable and he sure knows what he's doing. I went in to have my starter looked at and he showed me how to hit it to start the car until I could bring it in the next day to have it fixed. He was flexible and accommodating with his schedule, and I'm (so far!) quite pleased with the fix.

My wife discovered Frank within a few weeks after we moved here from Boston. I cannot speak sufficiently well to express how fortunate we are that we have Frank as our master mechanic! He and Yvonne, his wife, are incredible people who have the utmost respect for all of their customers. As a mechanic, Frank has very few, if any peers. He knows his stuff and explains beforehand whatever needs to be done. His billing rates are very competitive and most importantly -- you can absolutely trust that he will never "find" problems to jack up the bill. If he tells you something needs to be fixed, it needs to be fixed. Nothing matters more to me than highly professional mechanical knowledge, skill, and amazing wisdom AND I trust him like a brother. When I turned 65 I invited my closest friends to a private party. Because of the connections I have made over the years with Frank and Yvonne, I invited them to join my very small group of best friends. You might wonder if I am passing on this feedback because of our friendship. Actually I would say it this way: Frank and Yvonne made such a strong first impression on me and consistently I have observed them as consumate professionals, and genuinely great human beings, so I wanted very much to become their friends. If you want a great mechanic who is also a terrific person, and you need someone you can trust 100%, we then you need Frank and Yvonne!

I have many vehicles and do all the repairs myself. I have not taken a car to a mechanic in a couple of decades. My son's car had a battery light on and was losing power. After changing the battery, alternator and serpentine belt, the light came back on again. My work week was overwhelming, so I started searching the internet for a mechanic in Provo to solve the problem. I saw so many positive reviews about Frank that I decided to give him a chance. Mechanic work can often be difficult to diagnose and some problems are intermittent and hard to find. Many people are very critical of mechanics, believing all problems should be simple to solve. The high reviews about Frank were surprising to me, believing even great mechanics could not get good reviews. Frank found that, the new alternator I had put in was defective. He worked out and exchange with the auto parts company I had bought it from and quickly solved the problem only charging me for 1 hour labor. Could not have had a better experience. Shawn

It's the only place I take my vehicles to get serviced. I 100% trust frank. He's extremely fair with his pricing and he can always get the job done in a reasonable time. "I totally trust the guy"! That's hard to find. Give him a shot.

Very friendly and personable!

My measure of a good mechanic is if I ever bring in something to have fixed, and he talks me out of it because it's unnecessary. Frank has done this a couple of times. He has reasonable prices, he's fast and friendly, and he never tries to scare us into fixing anything unnecessary.

Hard to find such a good, honest mechanic. Frank has saved us hundreds of dollars on multiple occasions. We refer everyone in Utah County to Frank. Couldn't get much better!

I took my car to Mitchell Garage near Frank's Lakeside. They told me to fix my A/C it would be $470 dollars, I took it to Frank and he found a different small problem that cost me $22 dollars to fix it. He was honest and upfront on every question I had. I recommend going to him with any questions or problems.

I'm gonna put my name in the hat and say that Frank is the man. I had catastrophic alternator failure early in the morning. I started calling mechanics at 8:00am to try to get it fixed ASAP. Frank was the first mechanic to get in and answered the phone at 8:20. After looking up the make and model of my car he estimated it would be 1.3 hours worth of labor to replace the alternator (I already knew that the alternator in my car is NOT easily accessible, so 1.3 hours was less time than I was expecting). Almost no mechanic keeps an inventory of parts. They get them from auto parts suppliers in the area such as O'Reilly who stock the parts and deliver them when they are needed. I asked what prices the local auto suppliers were charging him for alternators, and found that I could get a better deal if I picked one up at Autozone. Frank told me that if I wanted to get it at Autozone that he would be happy to install it. This was great news since many other mechanics will not install parts unless you buy the parts from them. When Frank got my car in the garage he went straight to work. He swapped it out in about 1.3 hours. When all was said and done I got my alternator replaced for a shade over $200 (including the cost of the alternator). Frank is awesome!
