As a second-generation customer of Frank's, I can say that in my experience, Aaron (the new owner or manager) is continuing in Frank's footsteps: honest and competent. We've had some mystery issues with my wife's van. Aaron diagnosed the main problem, fixed it same-day, and when weird codes started showing up, he fit us in after my wife got off work and took care of it free of charge. My wife especially appreciates that Aaron has treated her like an intelligent human being. Aaron has never pressured us into unnecessary repairs. A neighborhood shop told us we needed to get four things replaced; the wife worked at a mechanic shop and had co-workers shoot down two of them. Aaron was right in line with that second opinion.
